place. Use cold or, at most, lukewarm water for the

additives. It is a completely pure product. Powder from the

Daily Consumption

Take one teaspoon of Barley GW two times per day. Green

foods are ideally used on an empty stomach, i.e., 30 minutes

before a meal, or 2 hours after a meal, but always with at

least an hour apart from common drugs.

Green foods can be perceived as 'concentrated' vegetables.

Thus, it is a general rule that the dosage depends on the

lifestyle of the user. There is no danger of barley drink

overdosing (like vegetables overdosing), and underdosing is

unnecessary.
